Tammy is an empathetic and client-centred counsellor, offering experience in supporting individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents through to older adults.
Her passion for counselling has evolved through her life experiences including navigating motherhood, neurodiversity, friendships, health and a career change. This lived experience gives Tammy a unique perspective and empathetic understanding of the difficulties people encounter while juggling responsibilities and pursuing personal growth.
Tammy is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel heard and understood. Specialising in working with individuals navigating neurodiversity, carers and siblings, adjusting to new life circumstances, those managing anxiety and health challenges, and the LGBTQI+ community, Tammy takes a strengths-based and trauma informed approach.
At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. She creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles, discover their strengths, and take steps toward meaningful change.
