Holly is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to enhance their wellbeing, deepen self-understanding, navigate challenges with compassion, and create meaningful changes in their lives.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and relaxed, guided by values of curiosity, compassion, connection, and hope. Holly has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, disordered eating and eating disorders, body image concerns, life stressors and transitions, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties.
Holly takes a person-centered, integrative approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. Holly draws on evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Enhanced (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
