Arnie Phillips
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST and BOARD-APPROVED SUPERVISOR
Arnie is a clinical psychologist with experience in autism, ADHD, and issues surrounding school avoidance (often referred to as “school can't”). In addition, Arnie also has a keen interest in exploring and addressing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and various sleep-related issues.
He works with children, adolescents, and young adults, drawing on evidenced-based therapies including cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), behavioural activation, and motivational interviewing (MI) to develop innovative and creative strategies that are not only enjoyable but also highly effective and relevant to their unique capabilities, specific challenges, and personal goals.
